Role Name: SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) Desired Experience Range: 4 to 8 Years Location: Navi Mumbai Job Requirements: The associate must have following skills and experiences: Should have experience of more than 3 years in SAP-HR with minimum one SAP implementation and one S/4HANA migration projects. Should have knowledge in preparing: a) AS-IS documentation b) Blueprint documents c) Test cases and results d) User manuals Should have configuration knowledge in SAP HCM modules. Ability to guide developers for customization. Implementation knowledge in SAP HCM on HANA(H4S4) and in SAP payroll. Knowledge of Fiori elements and touchpoints with HCM module. Basic debugging knowledge in standard/custom SAP ABAP programs. Strong communication skills to lead customer discussions.
