2. Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) and Access Points (APs).

3. Cisco Prime Infrastructure / DNA Center

4. Cisco ISE, RADIUS/AAA, 802.1X authentication
\n
5. Good understanding of:

6. Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
\n
7. RF fundamentals, modulation, interference, roaming
\n
8. Wireless security (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, EAP types)
\n
9. Site survey tools like Ekahau, AirMagnet.
\n
10. Handle L2 wireless incidents, service requests, and user connectivity issues.
\n
11. Troubleshoot access point (AP) registration, client association, roaming, and authentication problems.
\n
12. Perform basic configuration changes on Cisco WLCs (AireOS / 9800 series) under guidance.
\n
13. Monitor wireless performance, alarms, and AP/WLC health through tools like Prime/DNAC.
\n
14. Assist with RF checks, channel/power adjustments, and coverage validations.
\n
15. Support onboarding of new APs, SSID updates, and floor map changes.
\n
16. Document resolutions, update SOPs, and provide inputs for knowledge base articles.
\n
17. Work closely with L3 teams for escalations and deeper RCA.
\n
18. Should be ready to work in 24X7 Shifts.
