Job Title: Network Operations Analyst Job Location : Hyderabad/ Chennai Experience required : 5-8 years Job Description: Provide L2 support for network incidents, service requests, and operational issues. Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts proactively. Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity issues. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions. Escalate complex issues to L3 engineering teams when required. Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and OLAs. Network Administration Configure and maintain routers, switches, wireless access points, and controllers. Support VLAN provisioning, trunking, port management, and network segmentation. Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and NTP services. Perform firmware and software upgrades on network devices.
