Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) Technical Architect

Job Requirements* Candidate must have strong hands-on experience of 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem and at least 4-5 years of experience delivering Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) solutions and should possess the following: Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions. Design scalable Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solutions using Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing. Expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud components including: Salesforce CPQ Salesforce Billing Sales Cloud Experience Cloud Revenue Lifecycle Management Design and manage: Product Catalogs Product Bundles Pricing Models Discount Schedules Product Rules Price Rules Contracting Amendments Renewals Subscription Management Strong expertise in Billing capabilities: Invoice Generation Billing Schedules Tax Management Payment Processing Credit Notes Refunds Revenue Recognition concepts Design enterprise-grade integrations with: SAP Oracle ERP NetSuite Microsoft Dynamics MuleSoft Payment Gateways Tax Engines Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware-based Integrations, Event-driven Architecture and asynchronous processing. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows Platform Events Security & Sharing Model Define enterprise architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices. Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews. Strong understanding of: Governor Limits Performance Optimization Multi-currency Implementations Subscription Billing Models Complex Pricing Strategies Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD solutions: Copado AutoRabit Gearset GitHub Azure DevOps Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodology. Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities* Define enterprise architecture for Revenue Cloud implementations. Lead Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives. Conduct architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Design scalable CPQ and Billing solutions. Drive integration strategies with ERP, Finance, Tax, and Payment systems. Review technical designs and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices. Guide development teams and mentor technical leads. Support release planning, deployment governance, and production readiness reviews. Collaborate with business teams, architects, product owners, and delivery leadership. Ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of Revenue Cloud solutions.
