In addition to delivering world-class training programs, you will help shape curriculum strategy, build coach capability, manage practice operations, and support enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives. This role demands deep expertise in Data Management, Data Governance, Generative AI, Applied AI, AI Ethics & Governance, Advanced Analytics, and Banking Transformation , along with the ability to engage audiences ranging from junior professionals to C-suite executives. Key Responsibilities Content Excellence '05; Own SME contributions for key curriculum areas including: Data Management Frameworks Data Governance & Data Lineage AI Governance & Responsible AI Generative AI & Prompt Engineering '05; Drive curriculum blueprinting for VILT, SDL, and hands-on learning programs. '05; Review and quality-assure training materials, labs, recordings, assessments, and learning assets before release. '05; Manage content development timelines, stakeholder feedback cycles, and urgent curriculum revisions. Capability Development & Coaching '05; Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training programs for global audiences, from junior bankers to CXOs. '05; Simplify complex concepts including: Enterprise Data Architecture AI & Machine Learning Models ETL & Data Pipelines Large Language Models (LLMs) Generative AI Applications AI Governance Frameworks '05; Facilitate case studies, simulations, role-based exercises, and real-world banking use cases. '05; Develop coach competency frameworks and enhance trainer capability on emerging AI technologies. &99;️ Capacity Planning & Practice Operations '05; Deputize for the Practice Lead in planning, governance, and escalation management. '05; Manage VILT schedules, trainer allocations, readiness tracking, and delivery execution. '05; Coordinate testing, QA activities, and technical validation for hands-on learning programs. '05; Maintain weekly practice dashboards covering: Batch Progress Learner Participation Feedback Scores Trainer Utilization Resource Planning '05; Support technical coach hiring, evaluation, and onboarding activities. '05; Act as a primary client-facing representative for training engagements, delivery planning, and stakeholder communication. AI Tools & Technical Expertise We're looking for professionals with hands-on experience across modern AI ecosystems: Agentic AI & Coding Tools '05; Claude Code '05; OpenAI Codex '05; Gemini AI Sandbox '05; Agentic Coding Workflows & AI-Assisted Development Microsoft & Copilot Ecosystem '05; Microsoft Copilot '05; GitHub Copilot '05; Azure Copilot Studio '05; Copilot-Based Solution Development & Demonstrations Preferred Experience ⭐ 15+ years of experience in Data Management, Analytics, AI, and Banking Transformation. ⭐ Experience leading or deputizing for large-scale learning and capability-building practices. ⭐ Deep expertise in: Data Governance Regulatory Compliance Risk & Controls Customer Analytics Enterprise Data Strategy Digital Transformation ⭐ Strong understanding of the Generative AI lifecycle and Responsible AI practices. ⭐ Proven ability to engage senior executives and articulate technology's business value.
