Role Summary

Drive GCC sales across Resources, Utilities, Mining, and Water sectors. Focus on GCC setup, scale and AI-led transformation for asset-intensive industries, with strong emphasis on production operations, maintenance, and digital twin-led capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive GCC opportunity creation across Energy, Utilities, Mining, and Water sectors
\n
• Own RFI/RFP responses and GCC proposal development
\n
• Sell GCC models (BOT, Assisted, Co-Innovate)
\n
• Position operations-led engineering transformation
\n
• Lead AI and digital twin transformation discussions
\n
• Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, and Partner ecosystem
\n

Education & Qualification

\n
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical / Civil / Mining preferred)
\n
• MBA preferred
\n
• Strong grounding in industrial and engineering operations
\n

Experience Requirements

• 10–15 years in ER&D / Industrial / Engineering services or consulting
\n
• Experience in asset-heavy industries (energy, mining, utilities)
\n
• Exposure to GCC, BOT, or captive models
\n
• Experience engaging with CXO stakeholders
\n
