Implement and enhance SAP MDG for Customer, Vendor, Material, Business Partner, and Financial master data. Develop and maintain data governance processes, workflows, validation rules, and approval mechanisms. Configure Data Models, Change Request Types, Business Rules Framework Plus (BRF+), and workflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide MDG-based solutions. Support SAP S/4HANA migration, master data transformation, and data quality initiatives. Perform master data consolidation, data replication, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. Conduct testing, defect resolution, user training, and production support activities. Ensure data accuracy, governance compliance, and adherence to SAP best practices. Required Skills Strong experience in SAP MDG implementation and support projects. Hands-on experience with SAP MDG Data Models, Change Requests, Workflows, and BRF+. Experience in MDG-M (Material), MDG-S (Supplier), MDG-C (Customer), and Business Partner governance. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Master Data processes and integration. Experience with Data Replication Framework (DRF), SOA Services, and ALE/IDoc integrations. Understanding of SAP Data Quality Management and Master Data Consolidation. Knowledge of SAP ABAP, Fiori, and workflow customization is an added advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
