Location -Chennai/Gurgaon Exp -6-8 Yrs Skills -MIM Responsibilities Experience in decision-making processes during incident response, investigation, recovery, and restoration to normal operations. Experience in working in SLA based and 24/7 support model. Major incident management in SLA based 24/7 support model. Perform PIR for every MI. Drive bridge calls with different stakeholders towards MI resolution. Drive stand up call with customer based on the status of last MIs. Proper handover and take over notes update with the incoming and outgoing shifts.
