Greetings from TCS!! TCS is hiring for Appian (only L3) Exp: 8+ years Location: Pan India Provide L3 production support for Appian applications. Analyze and resolve complex incidents, defects, and performance issues. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. Monitor application health and system performance. Troubleshoot Appian processes, interfaces, integrations, and data-related issues. Coordinate with L1 and L2 support teams for incident escalations. Manage application deployments and production releases. Support patching, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities. Ensure SLA compliance for incident and problem management. Perform capacity planning and performance optimization. Create and maintain knowledge articles, support documentation, and runbooks. Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.
