#TCS HIRING #Developer Automation Tester Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Python programming (strong proficiency). Selenium WebDriver/Playwrite (UI automation). Test Automation framework hands-on experience. Strong understanding of XPath, CSS selectors, waits, and web element handling. Experience with Page Object Model (POM) or other scalable automation patterns. Git or any version control system. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitHub / Azure DevOps). Good understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5 )BDD, Robot frameworks (Behave, Cucumber for Python) Experience with API automation (Python Requests, Postman) Knowledge of Allure / Extent Reports Exposure to Docker, Selenium Grid, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs Basic knowledge of performance testing (Locust / JMeter) Knowledge of SQL for backend validation Experience with Linux environment and shell scripting .
