SAP Basis / HANA Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Perform SAP S/4HANA installations, upgrades, patches, support package applications, system copies/refreshes, and add-on installations. Manage SAP Application Basis activities in collaboration with the SAP ECS Team. Troubleshoot and tune SAP application server performance and profile parameters. Analyze and resolve SAP HANA memory and CPU bottlenecks. Support N and N+1 landscapes across SAP RISE / GCP platforms. Perform daily SAP system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Collaborate with SAP, vendors, partners, and product teams to optimize S/4HANA performance and meet operational KPIs/SLAs. Contribute to multi-landscape architecture, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement SAP Basis/HANA policies and procedures to ensure system integrity and availability. Provide technical support and guidance during build, testing, implementation, and production operations. Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager dashboards, technical monitoring, ChaRM, and CALM. Support cloud migration initiatives, including migration of on-premise SAP solutions to GCP. Participate in periodic 24x7 production support and on-call responsibilities. Required Skills: SAP Basis SAP HANA SAP Solution Manager 5+ years of SAP Basis experience Strong experience with end-to-end HANA implementations Experience with SAP ECS Experience with SAP RISE and GCP Transport Domain Controller and TMS administration Solution Manager ChaRM / CALM SAP system and technical monitoring Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
