Virtual Drive Exp - 4 to 6 yrs Must Have Skill - Network Voice Admin(Cisco UCM) Location :-Delhi/ chennai Technical Skills Strong knowledge of IP telephony and VoIP technologies Experience with SIP, H.323, RTP, SRTP, codecs (G.711, G.729, Opus, etc.) Hands-on experience with enterprise voice platforms (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice, or equivalent) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, DNS, DHCP) Experience with voice gateways, SBCs, and PSTN integration Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Good documentation and process-oriented mindset
