1 Role** Front End Developer – React 2 Required Technical Skill Set** React.js, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, Microservices, Git 3 Desired Experience Range** 6–10 years 4 Location of Requirement - PAN India Desired Competencies (Technical/ Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript development Experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend service development Proficiency in building responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web applications Experience in REST API development and frontend-backend integration Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development practices Knowledge of microservices architecture and API-driven development Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills Good-to-Have Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Exposure to automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or JUnit Experience working in large-scale enterprise applications Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend applications using React.js Develop and support backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces Integrate frontend components with backend services and third-party APIs Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices Stay updated with emerging frontend and backend technologies and recommend improvements
