Oracle EBS PA Functional Consultant Practice: Oracle Role: Oracle EBS PA Functional Consultant Experience: 6-12 Years Location: PAN India Job Summary Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Projects Accounting (PA) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Projects Accounting, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Financial Management. The consultant will be responsible for implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle EBS PA solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and project teams. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle Projects Accounting. Configure and support Oracle EBS Projects Accounting (PA) modules. Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional solutions aligned with business requirements. Configure Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Budgeting, and Project Accounting processes. Support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects. Work closely with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and integrations. Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution design documents. Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution. Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards. Required Skills Strong experience in Oracle EBS Projects Accounting (PA) . Oracle Project Costing. Oracle Project Billing. Project Accounting and Financial Management. Project Budgeting and Forecasting. Revenue Recognition. Project Cost Collection and Allocation. Project Contracts Integration. Project Resource Management. Oracle Financials Integration (GL, AP, AR). Requirement Gathering and Functional Design. UAT, Testing, and Defect Management. Preferred Skills Experience in Oracle EBS R12 environment. Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP Projects modules. Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Experience in Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas domains. Agile project delivery experience. Eligibility Criteria 7-10 years of overall experience. Minimum 5+ years of relevant Oracle EBS Projects Accounting (PA) experience. Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation project. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Commerce, Finance, IT, or related discipline.
