Job Description – Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Thane & Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sourcing to achieve business targets.
\n
• Generate and manage leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sourcing.
\n
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
\n
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
\n
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maximize lead-to-booking conversions.
\n
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
\n
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• 1–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing or sales.
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Good knowledge of the Thane real estate market.
\n
• Target-driven with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
\n

Preferred Candidate:

• Prior experience in Real estate sales.
\n
• Candidate should be based in Thane or nearby locations.
\n
• Strong network with channel partners and brokers.
