The KGS India journey has been one of consistent growth, with a current employee count of c.21,000, operating from eight locations in India — Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Noida, Pune and Kolkata. — and providing a range of Advisory and Tax-related services to KPMG firms around the world.

Job description:

Location -Bangalore/Pune

· 8+ Experience of SPM, Incentive Compensation Implementation experience such as Varicent and Xactly. Experience on Callidus Oracle Incentive Compensation, Anaplan is a plus.

· ICM experience designing, developing, and maintaining ICM models and reports with at least three full lifecycle implementations of a ICM model.

· Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.

· Experience in use of ICM modules (eg: Composer, Portal Access, Task Manager, Workflows, Presenter).

· Experience in Python/ JS.

· Good to have knowledge on Symon.AI.

· Business knowledge of the sales compensation business processes.

· Experience in global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning. Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles.

· Lead the delivery by liaising with the senior leadership and ensure quality of deliverables.

· Support practice development initiatives, which includes innovation, knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc.

Educationa l Qualification

BE/BTech/MCA/MBA or Experience in the required field.

Experience & Background

· Experience in consulting or any other offshore-onshore coordinated work

· Manage and challenge senior stakeholders, and able to work beyond own area of expertise.

· Manage end-to-end delivery for projects.
