SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) Consultant with strong expertise in Cost Management (CO) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) .

Exp: 8+years

Location: Bengaluru

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 8+ years in SAP FICO with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA
• Minimum 1–2 end-to-end implementations
• Experience in CO-PA and Cost Management projects

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO)
• Controlling (CO) and CO-PA
• Experience with:
• Account-based CO-PA (mandatory in S/4HANA)
• Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
• Good understanding of:
• SAP configuration (SPRO)
• Integration with SD, MM, FI modules

• Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) modules:
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Internal Orders (IO)
• Product Costing (PC)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Implement and support Costing-based and Account-based CO-PA
• Configure allocation cycles (distribution, assessment, settlement)
• Define cost elements, cost centers, activity types, and statistical key figures

Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

• Design and maintain Profitability Analysis structures
• Configure:
• Value fields
• Characteristics
• Operating concern
• Integrate CO-PA with:
• SD (Sales & Distribution)
• MM (Material Management)
• FI (Financial Accounting)
• Develop and optimize margin analysis (S/4HANA CO-PA)

Cost Management

• Perform product costing (standard & actual costing)
• Work on:
• Cost estimates (CK11N/CK40N)
• Variance analysis
• Support month-end closing activities
• Analyze cost flows and improve cost efficiency

The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA financial solutions, focusing on cost controlling, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
