  • Invoice Processing Po and Non-PO
  • Payment processing and Banking
  • Vendor query Resolution
  • Employee expense Processing
  • Statement Reconciliation

  • Other monthly reporting
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Hands on working knowledge of SAP


Experience and Qualification

  • Minimum 15 years of education with 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes
  • Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment)
  • Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
  • Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Problem solving skills


Job Description - OTC:

  • Cash Application and allocation
  • Understanding on Credit Management
  • Credit Insurance and follow-up
  • Forecasting of cash flows
  • Order approvals
  • Other Monthly Reporting
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Min 1 years of experience.


Job Description - RTR:

  • Journal entry processing
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Month end tasks end reporting
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Inventory accounting (limited requirement)
  • Standard costing (limited requirement)
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Hands on working knowledge of SAP
  • Execute day to day operational tasks
  • Deliver as per agreed timelines
  • Adhere to SLAs
  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities


Job Description - Tax:


  • Good experience and knowledge on all the compliance aspects in People management
  • Good knowledge in terms of quality monitoring and MIS aspects.
  • Good experience in presentation and client interaction.
  • Familiar with multiple documentation process in terms of FMEA, SOP etc.,
  • Good knowledge and relevant experience on Direct taxation process and clauses. Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
  • Analytical ability in terms of data reconciliation with good excel knowledge.
  • Good knowledge on various types of MIS activities.
  • Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills
  • Should have good command and Fluency over English, Hindi + Any other regional language will be added advantage.
  • Ability to assimilate process knowledge quickly and efficiently.
  • Should be comfortable working from office.
  • Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customers time.
  • Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value.
