HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive\n\nLocation: Pune (Work from Office)\n\nExperience: 2–3 Years\n\nJob Summary\n\nWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding and support employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance and HR processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, background verification coordination, and joining formalities\n- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit\n- Drive and support employee engagement initiatives and activities\n- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy\n- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for onboarding readiness (IT, Admin, Hiring Managers)\n- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes\n- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies\n- Assist in HR reporting and documentation\n\nRequirements\n\n- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role\n- Hands-on experience in onboarding and employee engagement\n- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance\n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools\n\nPreferred Skills\n\n- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders\n- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset\n\nSelection Process\n\n- Excel & PowerPoint Assessment\n- Personal Interview (PI) Round
