We're Hiring: Factory HR - Palghar Location (Beauty/Pharma Industry Preferred)\nSun Chem India, a legacy manufacturer with over 30 years of expertise in the beauty and personal care industry , is looking for a Factory HR professional to manage HR operations at our Palghar manufacturing plant . We are seeking someone with strong experience in GMP practices and factory-level recruitment .\n\nLocation: Palghar, Maharashtra\nIndustry Preference: Beauty, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing\nExperience Required: 4+ years in a factory HR role\n\nRole & Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end recruitment for factory-level positions, from blue-collar to senior-level technical roles\nEnsure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HR protocols\nManage onboarding, induction, and training of plant employees\nHandle statutory and labor law compliance, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Factory Act regulations\nDrive employee engagement, grievance handling, and welfare initiatives at the plant\nMaintain and update HRMS and personnel records regularly\nCoordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently\nImplement safety, health, and workplace discipline policies in line with company and legal standards\nLiaise with corporate HR to align factory practices with organizational HR strategy\n\nDesired Candidate Profile:\nMinimum 4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup (beauty/pharma preferred)\nWell-versed in GMP standards and HR compliance\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills\nProficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and factory documentation processes\nAbility to work independently and handle plant-level responsibilities\n\nIf you are passionate about building a compliant, positive, and efficient work environment, we want to hear from you!
