Job Description:

The candidate needs to be very strong in Genesys cloud. Good in Genesys Cloud Architecture, creating call flows, chat flows, email flows, Outbound and On Queue flows.Should have overall experience of 6yrs and must have experience of building Cloud environment. Proficient in creating handling development of IVR and Routing strategies using IRD and Composer for Voice and eServices.Experience in Platform API integrations, Embedded Framework integration, Widgets Chat Cobrowser and other options available in Genesys Cloud including Custom Reports and Survey.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements.Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud architecture best practices.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to cloud security. Developing detailed work plans.
