Management -\nUnderstand admin requirements for the plant and draw up related budgets\nShare requirements for canteen with the vendor; Drive adherence to SLAs agreed upon by the vendor and resolve issues, as required\nShare requirements for transportation of employees (staff and operators) with the vendor; Drive adherence to SLAs agreed upon by the vendor and resolve issues, as required\nOversee housekeeping at the unit and coordinate with P&L team for contract workforce deployment based on manpower needed\nOversee security management at both plants and facilitate implementation of a robust Security Management System\n\nTraining and TPM -\nLead the education and training pillar of TPM assuming responsibility of upskilling of employees through trainings\nConduct training needs identification based on defined competencies and skill mapping for employees.
