Enterprise Technical Architect - SCPO, Planning

The incumbent should be passionate about working with new technologies and products and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal & communication skills – verbal & written.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\n- Lead a team of technical consultants/developers on solution implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or offshore.\n- Estimate the workload of implementation activities within the scope of their skills; assess business needs outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, and architecture.\n- Conduct technical analysis sessions with customers and/or the project team to understand functional and technical needs of the customer and develop technical solutions.\n- Design and develop platform workflow/user interface, integration scripts, data mapping, data modeling, and loading of data.\n- Provide a variety of technical support to the project team, including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, operations consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, programming, etc.\n- Handle activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.\n- Provide internal and external trainings.\n- Implementation and steady state support and contribute on internal development projects.\n- Accelerate time‑to‑value for customers by delivering iteratively in short cycles.\n- Continuously upskill on Blue Yonder’s product suite to convey relationships and touchpoints to the customer.\n- Ready to travel to customer sites based on business needs, and flexible to work with overlapping time zones and work timings.\n- Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities within existing customer projects.\n- Create artifacts toward reusability and automation, decreasing implementation lifecycle and reducing errors post‑go‑live.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\nBachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred) and 12 to 20 years of experience in the software industry; ideally a candidate who has started as a consultant and has worked his/her way to leading the technical team on 4–6 complete implementation cycles.\n\nStrong programming experience and problem‑solving skills. Technical background in supply chain planning industry experience.\n\nExpertise on performance tuning techniques and ability to assist other team members with benchmarking and sizing exercises.\n\nPossess technical expertise on PL/SQL, database, Snowflake, ETL, platform, Python scripting. Demonstrable experience leading, building, deploying and maintaining enterprise solutions (cloud or on‑premises).

Good understanding of web technologies and API fundamentals. Strong understanding of cloud and architectural design (Azure or equivalent, microservices architecture, multi‑tenant).\n\nDemonstrable experience with Blue Yonder SCPO Platform. Hands‑on development skills – should not have moved away from development activities.
