Operations Manager - Large Format Operations (LFO)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager t o lead and strengthen operational excellence across our large format retail stores for our brand BASICS by HASBRO CLOTHING (P) Ltd.

The role requires strong leadership, process ownership, execution focus, and the ability to manage multi-territory retail operations effectively.

The ideal candidate will act as the operational anchor for the business by ensuring continuity, driving execution, monitoring store performance, and coordinating seamlessly with field and HO teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and operational standards across stores
• Lead daily operational review calls with Territory Managers, Team Leaders, and Cluster Managers
• Monitor store performance, attendance, escalations, Zero Sales Day (ZSD), and operational compliance
• Handle staff issues, manpower deployment, and field escalations
• Act as the operational SPOC during Business Head travel
• Coordinate with HO and field teams for smooth operational execution
• Drive discipline, execution excellence, and action closure across territories
• Conduct regular operational audits and reviews
• Ensure business continuity and smooth store functioning across regions
• Support new store operations and operational stabilization

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of experience in Retail Operations / Territory Management
• Prior experience in Large Format Retail Operations is mandatory
• Exposure to handling multi-territory operations preferred
• Strong people management and escalation handling skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities
• High ownership mindset with strong execution focus
• Ability to travel and manage operations during leadership movements
• Strong understanding of retail SOPs, process management, and store operations
