Job Description
We are Urban Scrubs, a premium medical apparel brand crafting high-quality scrubs, lab coats, and healthcare uniforms designed for comfort, durability and performance in clinical environments. Our products are trusted by hospitals, medical colleges, clinics and healthcare professionals across India for everyday use and bulk institutional supplies.\nWe are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager with strong industry connections in healthcare to lead and expand our sales footprint across key healthcare segments.\nEligibility Criteria\nWe are seeking candidates who:\nHave 10 - 15 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing , ideally in healthcare products, medical textiles or related segments.\nPossess strong networks and relationships within the pharmaceutical industry, hospitals,\nlaboratories and medical colleges - capable of generating high-value leads and conversions.\nDemonstrate a track record of closing large institutional deals and managing long sales cycles.\nUnderstand the healthcare market landscape and can articulate the value of premium scrubs - comfort, functional design, durability, ease of sanitation and professional appearance to decision- makers.\nAre self-driven, strategic and able to work independently as well as lead collaborations with internal teams.\nKey Skills & Responsibilities\nA successful candidate should also have:\nExpertise in business development within hospital systems, clinics, nursing institutions, and pharmanetworks.\nStrong negotiation skills and ability to close bulk & institutional contracts .\nDeep understanding of product positioning - highlighting features such as comfort for long shifts,\nbreathable fabrics, custom logo embroidery and bulk ordering advantages.\nAbility to train and mentor the sales team to ensure target achievement.\nExperience in shaping go-to-market strategies , sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.\nStrong communication and relationship-building capabilities.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary of ₹1,00,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and industry network).\nPerformance-based bonuses and incentives tied to sales targets and revenue growth.\nOpportunity to lead and shape the sales vision for a growing brand .\nSupportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on professional growth.\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nAbility to commute/relocate:\nTiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)\nEducation:\nBachelor's (Required)\nExperience:\nSales and marketing: 10 years (Required)\nWork Location: In person
