OBJECTIVES:

The purpose of the role is to support EBO merchandising operations by ensuring effective stock planning, monitoring sales performance, and executing merchandise strategies across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) to achieve sales and sell-through targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse EBO consumer buying patterns based on previous season performance to identify key merchandising stories and seasonal priorities.
• Assist in pre-aligning EBO stock plans based on buying trends and sales performance.

THE ROLE REQUIRES:

• Support execution of range width and depth OTB plans by EBO grade at product level.
• Track EBO sales, stock, and OTB regularly and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Ensure timely replenishment and availability of merchandise across EBO stores.
• Coordinate with store teams for effective stock deployment and execution.
• Conduct EBO store visits to gather qualitative feedback and market insights.
• Support sell-out initiatives by aligning with marketing and visual merchandising teams.
• Maintain EBO sales and stock reports and conduct sell-through analysis.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sourcing, and internal teams for timely product availability and replenishment.
• Ensure the right merchandise is available at the right EBO location at the right time.
• Support training of store teams on product knowledge, assortment priorities, and seasonal launches.
• Track weekly and monthly performance against defined KPIs.
• Assist the EBO Manager in assortment reviews, stock optimization, and performance analysis.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Understanding of fashion, trends and product
• Should be good at mathematical calculations and have affinity to numbers
• Should have an analytical bent with a keen sense in commercial fashion
• Strong sales focus and number orientation
• Should be proficient in MS Excel
