Process Engineer – Utilities & Tank Farm
Location: Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer specializing in refinery Utilities and Tank Farm operations to support a world-class downstream manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 15+ years of refinery utilities experience
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on refinery utilities experience
- Strong experience in water desalination and steam generation systems
- Expertise in boilers, utility optimization, troubleshooting, startup and shutdown activities
- Experience driving performance improvement and reliability enhancement initiatives
- Strong understanding of utility KPIs, benchmarking and process optimization
- Ability to support large-scale refinery operations and multidisciplinary teams

Delayed Coker / Visbreaker Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Delayed Coker / Visbreaker Specialist to provide technical leadership, troubleshooting and optimization support for refinery bottom-of-the-barrel conversion units.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 15+ years refinery or petrochemical experience
- Minimum 10 years of direct Delayed Coker and/or Visbreaker experience
- Proven track record in optimization, troubleshooting and debottlenecking
- Experience with coke drum operations, thermal cracking and residue upgrading
- Strong knowledge of refinery equipment integrity and reliability
- Experience supporting startup, shutdown and performance improvement initiatives

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with deep expertise in Sulfur Recovery Units (SRU), Tail Gas Treatment Units (TGTU) and Sour Water Strippers (SWS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 15+ years refinery or gas processing experience
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on SRU/TGTU/SWS experience
- Strong experience in optimization, troubleshooting and performance improvement
- Experience leading startup, shutdown and capacity test runs
- Knowledge of sulfur recovery technologies and licensor processes
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

- Strong refinery economics and operational excellence background
- Proven ability to identify and close performance gaps
