The Healthcare Staffing Compliance Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining candidate compliance records to ensure healthcare professionals meet all client, state, federal, and company requirements before onboarding and throughout their assignment.

Responsibilities

Review and verify candidate compliance documents, including licenses, certifications, background checks, drug screens, and immunization records. Ensure all candidate files are complete, accurate, and compliant with client requirements. Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, clients, and third-party vendors to obtain required documentation. Monitor document expiration dates and ensure timely renewals. Maintain compliance records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and compliance databases. Conduct audits of candidate files and resolve compliance discrepancies. Provide onboarding support and ensure candidates are cleared before assignment start dates. Stay updated on healthcare industry regulations and client-specific compliance requirements. Generate compliance reports and maintain accurate records for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare staffing, credentialing, or compliance is an advantage.

Required Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/VMS platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
