Onboarding Executive

Job Summary:

Onboarding Executives would work on building a pan-India network of doctors for Truworth Wellness. The role is responsible for validating the doctor-related data generated by our tech systems. The individual will ensure the data is accurate, consistent, and ready for use in the onboarding process, researching and collecting doctor details from online resources and contribute to creation of database, making outbound calls to doctors, confirming their information, gathering missing information, providing clarifications to queries and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate the Doctors information available in the existing database using tools.

• Review and crosscheck the data for discrepancies, confirm the accuracy of the generated data.

• Research and collect doctor details from various online sources.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Report any anomalies or issues to the relevant teams for further evaluation.

• Collaborate with the data collection team to refine the tools for more accurate data extraction.

• Call and engage with doctors to onboard.

• Clearly explain the benefits of joining the network and address queries.

• Accurately collect and document doctor details in the systems in place.

• Follow up with doctors who require additional information before onboarding.

• Maintain daily call logs and reports.

• Facilitate the documentation process for onboarding

• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., data validation, legal, operations) to ensure compliance with all onboarding protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred, regional languages are a plus).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to onboard doctors effectively.

• Excellent Technical Skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software).

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily targets.
