Accountant

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate record-keeping, statutory compliance, and timely reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing, dynamic organisation and contribute to its financial health and operational efficiency.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.\nPrepare and maintain accurate financial statements, monthly MIS reports, and budget forecasts for management review.\nHandle GST filing, TDS calculations, and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.\nPerform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and support vendor payments and financial transactions.\nCoordinate with the HR & Operations team to process monthly payroll accurately and on time.\nAssist with internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation and responding to audit queries.\nMaintain organised financial records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial data.\n\nQualifications\n1–3 years of professional accounting experience. Freshers with strong academics and internship experience are welcome.\nB.Com / M.Com graduate; CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.\nProficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and the GST portal.\nSound knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax basics, and Indian accounting standards.\nHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines consistently.\nSelf-driven and organised with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced creative environment.
