Aiosell is a cutting-edge All-in-One Hotel Management System with Dynamic Pricing, trusted by over 1,200 properties across 50+ countries. Uniquely designed by hotel owners, Aiosell provides an integrated solution with seamless modules like Property Management, Channel Management, Revenue Management, Booking Engine, CRM, and more. Known for its simplicity, affordability, and ease of setup, Aiosell offers a user-friendly platform that ensures efficiency and success in the hospitality industry. The system includes powerful tools for reputation management, inventory and expense tracking, and even IoT sensors for operational optimization.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue & Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru. The role involves growing revenue and maximizing sales for the company by identifying and converting new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and creating tailored strategies for customer needs. The individual will also drive product demonstrations, maintain sales pipelines, achieve sales targets, provide customer support during implementation, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of experience in hospitality tech industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in lead generation and closing deals
- Knowledge of revenue management and sales strategies specific to the hospitality or SaaS industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess client needs and create relevant solutions
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, dynamic pricing, or similar ERP products is a must
