Inviting applications for the role of Enterprise Solution Architect, Supply Chain Consulting- Vice President - English In this role, you’ll serve as a Kinaxis Solution Architect, designing and guiding enterprise-level Kinaxis Maestro solutions for global clients, with a focus on the CPG sector. Responsibilities : Co-own the enterprise solution architecture vision for Kinaxis Maestro, ensuring scalable, future ready solutions across complex, multi-platform ecosystems Serve as executive design authority and hands-on lead architect for the most complex, high-risk enterprise programs, providing direct architectural leadership where required Lead architecture governance and executive design forums, engaging CIOs, CSCOs, and C-suite stakeholders Translate complex architectures into business-aligned strategies, shaping client roadmaps across automation, AI, and digital supply chain transformation Provide portfolio-level oversight of large-scale programs, governing delivery models, partner alignment, risk, and outcome-based technical KPIs Act as a trusted executive advisor to enterprise clients, influencing operating models, investment priorities, and platform adoption decisions Build and scale the Solution Architecture community by defining capability models, talent strategy, and career paths Develop senior architects and emerging leaders, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and thought leadership Drive creation of reusable IP, accelerators, and reference architectures to improve delivery speed, quality, and margin Partner with sales leadership on go-to-market and strategic deals, leading executive solutioning and supporting key account growth Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications : Extensive experience in supply chain technology consulting, with a proven track record in leading Kinaxis Maestro architecture and delivery end-to-end Experience architecting and delivering multi-module Kinaxis solutions in global CPG environments Strong grasp of enterprise integration, data modeling, and system scalability Demonstrated ability to engage senior business and IT leaders, driving consensus and strategic decisions Preferred Qualifications : Kinaxis Solution Architect Level 2 certified Fluency in a second European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) next to English Deep understanding of CPG-specific planning challenges and best practices Experience designing cloud migration strategies and hybrid architecture models Background in building and scaling reusable components, technical accelerators, or templates Track record of leading technical steering committees or influencing platform investments at the executive level Why join Genpact?
