We are looking for enthusiastic Growth Associates to support lead generation, client engagement, and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in business development and HR-Tech.

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  
• Research prospective customers and maintain sales pipeline
  
• Engage with founders, HR leaders, and business owners
  
• Schedule meetings and demos for the consulting team
  
• Maintain CRM records and track lead progress
  
• Support marketing and business growth activities
  

• Excellent communication skills in English
  
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
  
• Internship exposure in Sales, HR, Recruitment, or Marketing preferred
