Roles and Responsibilities
- Appraise and process Loan against Property/Home Loans proposals for the Geography by
- adhering Policy and Processes Laid down by the Bank.
- Monitor the existing portfolio for Loan Against Property Book for the location.
- To fulfill internal and external compliance requirements of bank .
- To work in close co-ordination with business team and other units of the bank
- To co-ordinate with the different vendors like,Valuer and Legal/LIP etc
- Comply on all Audit Requirement and revert on compliances if any.
