Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Network Specialist to join the enterprise IT Infrastructure team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on managing, securing, and optimizing global enterprise network environments across SD-WAN, Palo Alto Prisma, Cisco technologies, LAN/WLAN, VPN, and network security platforms.
The ideal candidate will work closely with NOC engineers, cross-functional IT teams, and enterprise leadership to ensure network stability, security, and operational excellence across global infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise network services including Palo Alto Prisma, SD-WAN, Cisco SDA, Firewalls, LAN, WLAN, VPN, DHCP/DNS, and Cisco ISE.
  

• Design and deploy network solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
  

• Handle P1/P2 incidents and drive root cause analysis and remediation activities.
  

• Coordinate with L1/L2 NOC engineers and cross-functional technology teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
  

• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  

• Utilize AI-driven analytics and monitoring tools to optimize network performance and security posture.
  

• Maintain and manage SD-WAN devices, switches, wireless access points, controllers, Infoblox, and WAN infrastructure.
  

• Manage network asset lifecycle including hardware, software licenses, and AMC tracking.
  

• Perform hardware and software upgrades to maintain a secure and optimized network environment.
  

• Plan and govern IP address allocation and maintain network architecture documentation.
  

• Troubleshoot LAN cabling, WAN connectivity, routing, and switching issues.
  

• Monitor enterprise network infrastructure using SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC, and Meraki platforms.
  

• Support disaster recovery planning and network backup strategies.
  

• Ensure compliance with enterprise Information Security and network governance policies.
  

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in Network and Security domain.
  

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma / Next-Generation Firewalls.
  

• Strong knowledge of Cisco SDA and Cisco DNA Center.
  

• Experience managing SD-WAN environments.
  

• Expertise in Cisco ISE for network access control and policy management.
  

• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPN, NAT, and security policy configurations.
  

• Experience managing LAN/WLAN infrastructure and wireless controllers.
  

• Knowledge of DDI technologies including DHCP, DNS, and Infoblox platforms.
  

• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC, and Meraki.
  

• Strong understanding of Routing & Switching protocols including OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, and Layer 2/3 troubleshooting.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSE, PCNSE, or ITIL.
  

• Experience in enterprise-scale global infrastructure environments.
  

• Exposure to AI-driven network analytics and automation initiatives.
  

• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
  

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
