Roles and Responsibilities

Analytics role with Leading Insurance Company KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Working with Sales Planning Team
2. Work in closely with Sales planning team for RNR simulation
3. Run the validation on RNR programs for design & TNC
4. Share the optimal recommendation on RNR plan to ensure revenue & expense
are with in forecasted & budgeted plan
5. Prepare the forecast spend vs. plan on RNR
6. Comprehensive control on RNR design
7. Control RNR budget – ensure the RNR budget is within the prescribed limit basis
above or advise on the course correction on regular basis
8. Driving Sales Productivity Transformation - Insight on FLS productivity on
different metrics including Attrition analysis, engage with channel & agree on
course correction, measure the course correction output
9. Preparing the revenue plan for the next Financial year for the the distribution
channel
. Prepare Revenue forecast during Planning cycle including Management plan
. Lead the Annual operating plan discussion across the cross functional teams
. Penetration & Market Benchmarking on different metrics
. Work closely with FPNA team on plan & actuals, suggest the alternatives in case
of breaches.Location:- GurgaonWork from Office.
