- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for internal teams.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
- Address and resolve compliance-related queries and concerns.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies when required.
- Provide guidance on legal and compliance matters to senior management.
- A degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Experience in the business services or telemarketing industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with compliance tools and software is preferred.
