About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and sharp IT Sales Expert who truly understands the international software market and the new opportunities emerging in the AI era. We need a strategic thinker who grasps how modern software companies are structuring themselves today, and more importantly, someone who can clearly navigate the line between practical, implementable tech solutions and mere marketing hype. As AI rapidly evolves the IT industry and traditional services slow down, FlameX is hyper-focused on modern, AI-powered solutions and trending tech services that businesses and brands actually need in 2026.

We are looking for a closer who can bring high-value projects from key global markets like the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and Australia. What You Will Do (Responsibilities): Drive Global Revenue: Generate international leads and close high-value IT and AI-related projects across target regions (US, UK, Canada, UAE, AUS). Network & Pitch: Connect with and pitch to startups, agencies, established brands, and business owners.

Navigate Tech Trends: Deeply understand global tech trends, parse complex client requirements, and recommend realistic, ROI-driven solutions. Project Acquisition: Secure projects focused on AI automation, SaaS, web and app development, CRM systems, branding tech, e-commerce tech, and business automation. Client Relations: Handle professional client communication, lead meetings, and build long-term, strategic international partnerships.

Who You Are (Requirements): Proven track record and experience in IT sales or international business development. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A strong understanding of AI market trends, modern business needs, and the ability to differentiate between practical software utility and "pipe-dream" marketing.

Hands-on expertise with lead generation platforms and tools (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Fiverr, Apollo, etc.). Demonstrated ability to close international clients and secure high-value projects. Bonus Points (Preferred): You come with an existing international network or client base.

Prior experience scaling agencies or tech startups. Deep knowledge of SaaS architectures, AI tools, automation workflows, and digital products.
