Roles and Responsibilities
- Must be part of the Home Loan Credit Policy team with any of our competitors (Banks / NBFCs)
- Should have good product knowledge of Home Loan and Loan Against Property products
- Should have degree knowledge about Credit, Technical and Legal norms
- Role will include travel (once a month) to different locations to understand the market practice there
- Share inputs to improve portfolio quality as well as tap business opportunities
- Formulation and rollout of policies, should have good understanding of MS excel and MS word
- Having credit underwriting experience will be an added advantages
