Job Description - Lead | Business Finance

We are looking for a seasoned Business Finance professional with an eye for detail. The person will advise the management on a large set of financial matters such as perfromance management, P&L Ownership, Mergers and acquisition initiatives, potential opportunities, and financial due diligence.

The role will focus on the maintenance of abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive organic and inorganic growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop Annual Business plan and oversee financial budgeting/ forecasting for the business

Lead periodic Business performance review with key stakeholders for delivery of BU Top/Bottom line.

Efficient modification of ABP and budgets based on the changes in business plans.

Drive decisions/ideas on cost optimization for maximized returns and profit targets.

Cross Functional stakeholder manangement/ alignment on Key Business decisions

Provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals.

Data Analytics and Variance analysis vs ABP for corrective course of action.

Evaluate, negotiate and approve all vendor contracts as per DOA.

Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents.

Support process improvement initiatives to drive simplification and efficiency

Handling internal and external auditors for controls and complianceLeading team of bright talent and groom them by giving exposure and quality experience

Part of team evaluating/executing potential M&A opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

• + Years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in Business Partnering and Commercial Finance will be an added advantage.
• Skills and ability to work with peers and counterparts/ multi location setup/ good team manager.
• Knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial modeling software programs.
• Ability to turn quantitative and qualitative data insights.
• Strong multi-tasking, and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a constantly changing environment and industry.
• Team leading skills and Ability to groom talent/team for engagement
• Leadership and Senior Stakeholder Management.
