- Lead and manage HR-related projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards throughout project execution.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
- A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing HR-related projects within the technology and telecoms industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
