Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft SharePoint Developer (with Nintex skills) with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise workflow and content management solutions.

Important Note - Candidate should have excellent Communication + Technical Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft SharePoint (Online/On-Premises) and Nintex Workflow/Forms.

Automate business processes using Nintex workflows, forms, and process management tools.

Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and document management solutions.

Integrate SharePoint and Nintex with other Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and third-party applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

7+ years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint development and administration.

Strong hands-on experience with Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Process Platform.

Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, Microsoft 365, and document management solutions.

Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.

Knowledge of SharePoint migration, governance, security, and best practices.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have:

Experience with SharePoint migrations and modernization projects.

Certifications in Sharepoint and Nintex.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
