Role Purpose

The Digital Content Creatoris responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of content across Menzies Aviation's owned digital channels, including social media and the corporate website. This is a hands-on role focused on copywriting, publishing, optimising and maintaining high-quality content, ensuring consistency, relevance and strong performance across digital platforms. The role works closely with key internal stakeholders from Communications, HR, Commercial, Risk and the wider business, to translate stories and updates into clear, engaging content aligned with the brand andcommunications strategy.

What you will be doing

• Manage company social media channels including content creation, scheduling, publishing and community management
• Apply project management discipline to plan, coordinate and deliver content across campaigns, meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
• Create high-quality visual assets (e.g. social media graphics, infographics, short-form video) to support content delivery
• Manage corporate photography and video, including existing libraries and organising new imagery
• Identify trends and optimise content to improve engagement and reach

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital, communications or content role.
• Project management experience, planning and executing digital content across multiple platforms (e.g. web, social), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Proven ability to create visual content using tools such as Canva.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI tools responsibly within content creation.
