Job Description

Position: Salesforce Technical Architect

Location: Chennai - Hybrid

Shift Timing: 3.00AM to 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Engagement Mode: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business needs
  

• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams
  

• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
  

• Define integration strategies with external systems (APIs, middleware, etc.)
  

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and data security standards
  

• Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and technical delivery
  

• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across projects
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise
  

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  

• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
  

• Strong experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools)
  

• Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and scalability principles
  

• Experience in designing enterprise-level solutions
  

Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect / System Architect)
  

• Experience with Agile methodologies
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Copado, etc.)
  

• Knowledge of industry frameworks and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure)
