- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and corporate policies.
- Manage disputes, litigation, and external legal counsel.
- Support internal stakeholders with legal insights for decision-making.
- Oversee corporate governance and ensure best practices are followed.
- Monitor changes in public sector regulations and implement necessary measures.
- Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- A degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Proven expertise in public sector legal frameworks and policies.
- Experience in managing legal teams and external counsel.
- Strong skills in contract negotiation and corporate governance.
- An understanding of legal issues within state-owned companies.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
