RPO - Recruitment Process Outsourcing

Allocate mandates, track vendor performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and manage vendor billing/documentation. Stakeholder Coordination: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and headcount budgets. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5–7 years of core experience in recruitment, with a strong background in RPO, corporate hiring, or managing contract-to-hire (C2H) setups.

Vendor Management: Proven track record of handling multiple staffing vendors, driving fulfillment rates, and conducting vendor performance reviews. Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of both specialized technical hiring and high-volume recruitment strategies. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently interface with senior management and external partners.
