    Job Description

  • Lead , mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team skilled in Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, PySpark, Microsoft Data Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps.
  • Drive Agile delivery using JIRA, ensuring timely and impactful execution of analytics projects.
  • Guides the team to design scalable and integrated analytics solutions that align with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering to understand business processes and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Promote the adoption of advanced analytics , predictive modelling, and data-driven decision -making across the organization.
  • Communicate assertively and effectively with global teams, executives, and cross-functional partners.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the analytics function.
  • Demonstrate situational leadership , adapting style to meet the needs of individuals and teams.
  • Take full ownership of analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable impact
