Engineer Civil Maintenance CBM )

Job Accountabilities:

• Supervision of civil work for CBM Surface facilities, & infrastructure for drilling and production involving site preparation, construction of foundations for Rig, VFD, GG Set, and SRP, access roads for well site etc.
• Preparing SOW for various civil works suiting to the requirement and need of project.
• Preparation of drawings and identify vendors/material suppliers.
• Applying field quality control measures on various types of civil works.
• Site formation, levelling, grading & construction of basic civil structures like culvert, WBM roads, buildings etc.
• Co-ordinate with other departments such as Mechanical, Electrical, Land Acquisition, liaison, procurement, finance etc for smooth execution of the given activities.
• Getting work done as per the SOW and specifications.
• Will be responsible for day to day monitoring of Contractor's performance in terms of progress and Manpower & Equipment deployment status.
• Preparation of budgetary estimate for the preparation of site, civil foundations, access roads and all civil works related to project.
• To ensure quality of works as per the requirements of individual activity Specification & ITPs.
• Analyzing cost of different items of civil works and adopting the most economical items in construction in such a way that quality and durability is not compromised.
• Certification of Contractor's job measurements and invoices.
• Supervise, motivate & guide Civil Workers for timely execution of the given task and compliance to Quality and Safety requirements.
• Rate analysis for the civil works.
• Should be well conversant with SAP MM and EAM modules.

Skill & Competencies:

• Timely, Cost effective & reliable completion of all kind of civil works related to maintenance under the project.

Education Required:

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Civil from a recognised university

Experience Required:

• Relevant working experience (3 to 6 years) in the field of Civil Engineering
