Job Description
We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals at the Lead/Senior Associate with relevant experience to join our fast-growing IT Consulting practice as a Lead RPA Developer.
- Execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; planning, designing, building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring system quality.
- Construct Business Cases and identify opportunities to further the adoption of RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor kpis and ROI of automation initiatives
- Perform peer review, and provide relevant feedback on coding, testing, documentation.
About You:
- Experience of 10-12 Years in RPA tools essentially UI Path and Power Automate, preferably experience in BFSI domain.
- Good knowledge in SQL and No SQL databases. Must have Orchestrator understanding - Assets, Configuration
- Should have good understanding of API calls, Power Automate Desktop as well as Cloud.
- Should be able to understand the AI Builder, Standard and Premium Connectors and be able to use them wherever necessary
- Knowledge of Shell Scripts, Python, and powershell is an added advantage. Good technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading highly professional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Should be conversant with MS office
- B.Tech/BE - Any Specialization, Any Graduate - Any Specialization
