• Just about to hit 100K on YouTube in one year
• We are ready to supercharge our growth with a new editor.
• This is a really cool and unique opportunity to lead the video and audio editor role and have your work seen by millions of people.

In a typical week you will deliver:

• A 1 hour podcast video edit for YouTube & Spotify
• An engaging 1-minute podcast trailer
• Short form clips for social
• Contribute suggested titles & thumbnails for YouTube

You will be a video editing obsessive with the following profile:

• A deep interest in what makes great podcast and social content
• Understanding of hooks, cliffhangers, and storytelling techniques to capture and retain attention
• Video editing proficiency in colour grading, subtitling, sound and Adobe suite
• Ability to create super engaging trailers & social clips (for example see edits for the The Diary of a CEO)
• Comfortable using After Effects
• Super fast internet
• Powerful laptop or workstation to handle 4k video editing
